Polyurethane---This advanced material is available in various alloys, and forms such as rolls, cut pieces, and custom sizes. Weave types include plain, twill. The large variety of woven wire cloth material and weave designs allow for this material to be used in many industrial applications.
Screens supply polyurethane modular systems to suit most conventional vibrating system regardless of age. These modules are moulded around a welded steel frame with an overall module thickness of 30mm. The thickness of the screening area is determined by the hole size, which range from 0.3mm – 120mm. Hole shapes are usually square, circular or rectangular (square being the most common). They also come in different variants High Efficiency, Standard, High Wear.
